Ford Tractor Philippines celebrates an important milestone for their Bacolod employees—the retirement of senior mechanics Antonio Piamonte and Raul Juanillo on July 3.
First joined in 1986, Juanillo was rehired in 2004 as mechanic and stayed for another 20 years until his retirement. Piamonte served for 22 years also as a mechanic. Both stayed at FTPI during their prime years and shared their precious time and effort with the company. They were one of the first employees in the office at Bacolod, helping to establish the then new branch.
FTPI President Samuel Uy expressed his gratitude for their commitment and unquestionable loyalty.
Ford Tractor Philippines’s slogan: Your long-term agriculture partner, applies to its customers and its employees alike. As of writing, Piamonte and Juanillo are among the 49 FTPI employees whose tenure with the company has exceeded 10 years.
