ALBAY, Philippines – Ford Tractor Philippines joins the Philippine Society of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers (PSABE) as it conducted the 73rd PSABE Annual Convention with the theme, “AB Engineers’ Resiliency in a Dynamic Food System for Sustainable Agricultural Development”, held on April 22-26, at Legazpi Convention Center, Legazpi, Albay.
Aside from being one of the major sponsors for the event, FTPI also set up a booth exhibit to cater to clients and introduce their product and services to the delegates. Over 500 visitors from the agricultural sector of different regions visited the booth..
Among the notable visitors were Senator Cynthia Villar, chairperson of the Senate committee on Agriculture and Food. She was the guest speaker in the opening ceremony of PSABE Annual National Convention.
Villar stated that our agriculture sector is facing challenges, and the Agricultural Biosystems Engineers’ new approach and determination can assist us in resolving the industry’s recurrent issues.
