The relationship began more than thirty years ago, when Ford Tractor Philippines (FTPI) was a mere start up and all it could afford to contribute were a few boxes of milk and diapers. Every Christmas, FTPI President Samuel L. Uy and Finance Head Marina S. Uy brought their three children to Hospicio de San Jose to share their blessings with the people that radiate so much love and kindness.
Over the years, FTPI may have grown from its brick and mortar beginnings, but it hasn’t forgotten to tend to the roots. FTPI supports Hospicio de San Jose each year by sponsoring construction materials for new rooms or renovations. Founded in 1778, Hospicio de San Jose continues to serve as a home for orphans, abandoned children, people with special needs, and the elderly.
